Our team is highly innovative and dedicated – consisting of 10 technical engineers,55 experienced workers, and 8 sales personnel who have been always ready for customers. Our aim is for our team members to feel engaged with the company, understand the objectives, be creative, and have a secure and satisfying working time.
Advanced Processing Equipment
We have a sophisticated in-house manufacturing facility to guarantee high-quality production of components for bevel gearboxes, screw jacks, and its accessories. In this factory, a wide range of processes, such as machining, finishing, and assembly processes are done.
Our processing equipment includes Multi-axis CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, CNC gear hobbing, CNC flank grinding, CNC cylindrical grinding, and a wide range of conventional manual machines.
Modern Testing Equipment
ACT Industrial prides itself on taking quality control to the highest standards. We value test and quality control above all else. Because of this, our metrology room has a coordinate measuring machine, gear bouncing tester, gear measuring center, 100T Electrical Hydraulic Press Machine, hardness tester machine, and more. We have all of this modern equipment to monitor manufacturing processes properly.
Large Stock
We have three large warehouses and the widest variety of materials. We keep high stock levels for fast delivery. Also thanks to automatic stock management, we are able to manage correctly and quickly the flow of materials in the assembly and order fulfillment. All stock parts in our warehouse have been rust-proofed.
